Olesya Babiy-Paleyeva, an officer of the SES and at the same time the star of the anniversary season of the popular culinary show "Master", became a figure in criminal proceedings. Police are investigating the case under Article 358 (4) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - the use of a deliberately fake document.
As militiamen found out, during the shooting of the show in Kiev, the major of the civil protection service gave the management a letter of disability to explain their absence in the service. At the same time, the investigation believes that the woman was not treated, but in fact participated in a television project outside the garrison without official permission.
Babi-Ledayeva assures that she was indeed incapacitated and treated. According to her, the hospitals were given to her remotely by a family doctor from the local state clinic. In the comments, she emphasizes that she does not consider her actions illegal and is ready to prove her right.
The woman became one of the most striking participants in the 15th Master Season, entering the top 20 of the best cooks in the country. After the first issues of the show, she quickly gained popularity among the audience. Now her participation in the program will receive an unexpected continuation in the legal plane.
Whether there was a violation really to establish an investigation. If the blame is proven, Olesya Babi-Ledaevi may threaten up to two years of restraint of liberty.
