The morning of December 15 began with new attacks for Mykolaiv. At about 6:57, the enemy used Shahed 131/136 drones, striking an infrastructure facility. As a result, two workers were injured. This was reported by the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, Vitaly Kim, in his Telegram channel.
According to Kim, Ukrainian air defense forces shot down four drones of the same type over the Mykolaiv region overnight. However, one of the attacks hit its target, causing damage and injuries.
Unfortunately, this is not the only enemy attack in the past two days. On the morning of December 14, the city of Ochakiv experienced four strikes by FPV drones. The attacks occurred at intervals of several minutes: at 08:25, 08:38, 09:02, and 09:14. Fortunately, there were no casualties during these attacks.
More dramatic events occurred in the Kutsurubska community, where Russian invaders attacked settlements seven times with drones. Particularly tragic was the shooting down of an enemy drone into a Ukrposhta official vehicle in the village of Solonchaky.
This incident occurred at around 12:30 p.m. The 60-year-old driver suffered severe shrapnel wounds and was urgently transported to Mykolaiv. According to doctors, the victim's condition is stable and serious.
Despite numerous attacks, Ukrainian air defense forces have demonstrated high effectiveness, regularly shooting down enemy drones. However, Russian terrorist actions continue to pose threats to the civilian population and infrastructure.
Head of the OVA Vitaliy Kim urged residents of the region not to ignore air raid sirens and to follow safety rules, as the enemy is increasingly using drones for attacks at any time of the day.
The Mykolaiv region is holding back and quickly eliminating the consequences of enemy attacks. But Russian aggression reminds us that the war continues, and each new day brings new challenges for the entire country.
