According to him, Ukrainians submitted more than 551,000 applications for children. Among those who submitted applications, 64% are women, 36% are men, and the average age is 30-40 years.

The program was named "winter eSupport". The money can be spent on utilities, Ukrzaliznytsia tickets, Ukrainian medicines, books, and cultural services, as well as donated to the Armed Forces.
The Cabinet of Ministers determined the procedure for submitting an application for receiving "winter support" in the amount of one thousand hryvnias. Assistance is provided once to an individual at his request, if he has turned 18 years old as of December 1. To receive assistance, it is necessary to have the registration number of the taxpayer's registration card and at the time of application to be in the territory of Ukraine, except for the temporarily occupied territory. Yesterday, on the day of the start of accepting applications for payment, the Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov noted that in 5 hours, Ukrainians issued more than 1,000,000 applications for 1,000 hryvnias in the "Action" application.
