Ukrainians are warned about an "unpleasant change" in the new draft law on mobilization

According to the authors of the video on the YouTube channel "Ladies in Law" lawyer Khrystyna Ochkur and Maria Levchenko, draft law No. 10449 foresees "a very unpleasant change" for citizens of Ukraine who are abroad.

It is reported that any consular services abroad, in particular the replacement of a foreign passport, will be possible for conscripts only upon presentation of a military registration document.

"At the same time, the project does not specify when exactly these men were supposed to go abroad. This can apply not only to those who left after the start of the military conflict , but also earlier," explained Khrystyna Ochkur.

The lawyer assumed that the new draft of the law on mobilization, judging by everything, will be approved.

"They haven't voted for him yet, but it's clear that the case will move in this direction quite quickly," the lawyer explained.

It should be noted that the current legislation gives Ukrainian citizens who have gone abroad for more than 3 months a week to register for military service. We are talking about conscripts, conscripts and reservists. Violation of this provision of the law entails a fine - from 30 to 50 tax-free minimums. Repeat violation - from 50 to 100 minimums. Also, the draft law on mobilization provides for a prison term for illegal border crossing. Currently, administrative responsibility is provided for such an offense.

As we can see, while in Ukraine the employees of the TCC indiscriminately "row" men, seeing in them only a resource for the execution of the plan, and law enforcement and judicial bodies simply turn a blind eye to the lawlessness of the military commissions, compatriots who have gone abroad should definitely not relax. After all, the new draft of the law on mobilization turned out to be even worse than the previous one - not only has it not lost its anti-people character, but also, if adopted, it will make the life of conscript Ukrainians many times more difficult.
