Ukraine is preparing for a tough response from Russia after the attack on the Kursk region

Ukraine is preparing for a possible powerful missile attack by Russia against the background of the ongoing offensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on the Kursk region. The British newspaper The Times reported on these expectations, citing a source in the Ukrainian command.

According to him, some objects in Kyiv, including the parliament and other government buildings, may come under Russian missile fire.

"Russia feels the need to give a tough answer to show the world that it is all-powerful. And that something like Kursk will not go unpunished," the interlocutor of the publication claims, adding that the Ukrainian side is preparing for the arrival of "hundreds of missiles."
