The Ukrainian military-industrial complex has taken a significant step in strengthening its defense capabilities by launching mass production of long-range drones capable of attacking strategic enemy targets at long distances.
Ukroboronprom General Director Herman Smetanin said in an interview with ArmyInform that in a short period of time, long-range drones were launched into mass production. They are already hitting strategic targets of the aggressor at a distance of more than 1,000 kilometers, reports the Army of Drones.
"We have become more nonlinear and innovative. Russia has huge resources and a powerful industry, so there is no point in blindly copying its approach. We are forced to be more flexible and inventive," said German Smetanin.
The Director General of Ukroboronprom also recalled that Ukraine has already successfully launched mass production of FPV drones.
