At the official presentation, which took place on June 11, the First Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Lieutenant General Ivan Havryliuk, announced the prospects of victory in the war with Russia. He emphasized that success depends on the intelligence and perseverance of the military, as well as the use of robots and unmanned systems in the air, land and sea.
General Gavrylyuk also noted that the new type of troops will allow strikes at a long distance, ensuring the security of the military from our combat positions to the Urals. He emphasized that Ukraine has become the first country to complete the formation of this type of troops.
The commander of the Unmanned Systems Forces, Colonel Vadym Sukharevskyi, added that Ukraine studies and implements the modern experience of war, dictating new rules of conflict in order to achieve success. He noted that today's presentation set a precedent for further actions in this direction.
The symbol of this new kind of army was a swallow created with the help of a neural network. It symbolizes the news of victory, which is an important element of Ukrainian culture.
We will remind that the Forces of Unmanned Systems were created on May 7, after which the Cabinet of Ministers supported the draft Decree of the President of Ukraine on the creation of this new type of troops.
