In Ukraine, a critical situation has arisen with generating capacities due to a high load on the equipment. Currently, a complete power outage or blackout can occur at any time of the year due to the loss of thermal power plants, affecting millions of consumers. It is impossible to accurately determine the scale of this problem at the moment due to objective reasons, but the state of affairs is critical: energy companies cannot maneuver and are forced to supply energy to the affected regions from remote power plants. At the same time, the huge load on equipment during network routing entails both financial losses and significant losses during transportation.
At the same time, the destruction of thermal power plants can lead to serious consequences for the energy system. Nuclear power plants, solar and wind energy will be actively used in Ukraine. Because of this, some consumers will be forced to depend on imports and emergency assistance to provide themselves with electricity. The loss of TPP will create difficulties for dispatchers, who will be faced with the need to balance the power system without a large part of the generation.
Well, skeptics, analyzing the situation with power outages and calls for energy savings, already say that Ukraine can no longer support industry, particularly the repair industry. As a result, only the "island generation" around the NPP remains.
