Ukraine is considering the possibility of building a power transmission line from the Dniester HPP to the Vinnytsia substation

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine makes a decision to issue a permit to Ukrenergo for the development of a land management project regarding the allocation of land plots for the construction of a new power transmission line from the Dniester HPP to the Vinnytsia substation. This was announced by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal during the government meeting.

"Ukrhydroenergo" is building three new units at the Dniester HPP. At the same time, the construction of a new power transmission line is planned to ensure the connection between the Dniester HPP and the Vinnytsia substation, Shmyhal said.

According to him, the Cabinet of Ministers today approves a document that allows "Ukrenergo" to develop a land management project for the allocation of land plots intended for this new power transmission line project.
