Ukraine demands from Austria the extradition of the former head of the Constitutional Court of Tupytskyi

Ukraine has officially appealed to Austria with a demand for the extradition of the former head of the Constitutional Court Oleksandr Tupytskyi. This statement was the result of new legal actions initiated by the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI), which announced a new suspicion against Tupytskyi.

The ex-judge is currently in Austria. He was previously declared an international wanted man. Now it became known that the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine appealed to the Austrian side with a request for the extradition of Tupytskyi.

In the meantime, the SBI is under pressure that Tupytskyi left the borders of Ukraine illegally, taking advantage of a criminal scheme for the removal of conscripts, organized by the border guards of one of the western regions of Ukraine.

It will be recalled that earlier Tupytskyi won the court proceedings against Zelenskyi.
