The Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center predicts rain, sleet and ice in most regions of Ukraine today. In the western regions, as well as in Zhytomyr and Vinnytsia regions, sleet and low temperatures are expected, which creates a risk of ice, especially in mountainous areas. The temperature here will range from -2° to +3° during the day, and in the Carpathians it is predicted to be -5°.

- Central and northern regions : light rain. Daytime temperature from +1° to +6°.
- Southern Ukraine : warmer weather, rain. Daytime temperature +4°…+9°.
- Kyiv region : light rain during the day, temperature at night -3°…+2°, during the day +1°…+6°.
In Kyiv, the daytime temperature is expected to reach +5° with a southeast wind of 5-10 m/s. The night promises to be cold, around 0…+2°.
Due to the worsening weather conditions, forecasters advise drivers to replace summer tires with winter tires and be especially careful on the roads. Wet and slippery areas in many regions will complicate traffic. Forecasters also note that the beginning of November was 4-8°C colder than normal, which accelerates the arrival of winter weather conditions.
