The editorial staff of 368.media learned from the materials of the criminal proceedings (Part 5, Article 190 of the Criminal Code) that fraudsters, under the guise of the AutoPay company, defrauded Ukrainian car service companies of hundreds of thousands of dollars in cryptocurrency.
Communication with the company representatives took place via the Telegram messenger (ID: 5607570229). The intermediaries promised to buy the cars at auctions in the USA for the money provided.
Payment was made exclusively in USDT tokens, which were transferred to crypto wallets specified by the scammers. In particular, the following transactions were recorded:

The total amount was over 242 thousand USDT.
Among the victims is the company Dm_proficar from Rivne, which specializes in purchasing cars abroad for Ukrainian clients.
From February to March 2025, the citizens of Rivne transferred over 80 thousand USDT, settling with AutoPay for official payments in the US. However, it later turned out that the money never arrived as intended.
AutoPay representatives stopped contacting me and refused to refund the money.
Law enforcement officers classified the crime under Part 5 of Article 190 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine as fraud committed on a particularly large scale. The investigation is ongoing.
