The Canadian market has opened for Ukrainian table egg producers. As reported by the Embassy of Ukraine in Canada, the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) has approved the relevant certificate, allowing the official export of eggs from Ukraine.
This decision was the result of long-term interagency cooperation involving the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ukrainian Embassy in Ottawa, and the State Service for the Protection of Food and Consumer Rights.
The diplomatic mission emphasizes: opening a new export direction is part of Ukraine's broader economic strategy, which involves actively expanding foreign markets, supporting national businesses in times of war, and promoting Ukrainian goods as competitive and safe.
Canada's decision allows not only to increase export volumes, but also to strengthen trust in Ukrainian producers among Western partners, which is important for the long-term development of the Ukrainian agricultural sector in crisis conditions.
