Ukrainian employers are increasingly attracting migrant workers

In Ukraine, employers have begun to actively recruit migrant workers to fill vacancies. According to HRD-club co-founder Dmytro Degtyar, foreigners are mainly working as handymen, as well as logistics specialists, drivers, and welders.

Most often, local companies invite citizens from India and Bangladesh to work.

“This flow awaits us. It will not be massive, but it is already there,” the expert noted.

At the same time, businesses face difficulties, as the process of registering foreign workers is lengthy and complex, taking an average of about six months.

Let us remind you that even after the borders are opened for migrants, not everyone will want to go to Ukraine. The expert also explained which countries Ukrainian refugees most want to leave.
