Ukrainian teenager sets world football record at age 13

Young Ukrainian football player Andriy Paniv from the village of Storona in the Lviv region has set a world record for scoring a soccer ball among children. This was reported by the head of the National Register of Records of Ukraine, Lana Vetrova, on her Facebook page.

The 13-year-old athlete's achievement was officially confirmed and recorded as a world record. Andriy juggled a soccer ball continuously for 1 hour and 37 minutes, during which time he made 13,096 touches. This result became unique for the children's age category.

Andriy Paniv has been playing football since the age of eight and trains every day. His perseverance and regular training have resulted not only in a record, but also in rapid athletic progress.

The young footballer is currently in the Netherlands, where he moved at the invitation of the founder of the Ukrainian Street Football Federation, Ilya Varchenko. There, Andriy joined the children's team ATS 65 from the city of Hengelo.

In a short time of playing for the new team, Paniv has already managed to achieve high results. In 14 matches for ATS 65, he scored 33 goals, which indicates his serious potential and prospects in professional football.

The world record became further proof that Ukrainian young athletes are capable of achieving international recognition even in difficult conditions.
