Ukrainian national hockey team destroyed China at the 2024 World Cup: 9:0

In the third round match of the 2024 World Championship in Division IB, the Ukrainian national hockey team ruthlessly defeated the Chinese team with a score of 9:0.

Under the leadership of head coach Dmytro Khrystich, the Ukrainian hockey players put on a real show in the first period, scoring four goals. The double result was achieved in the second 20 minutes, when their players again hit the Chinese goal. Having finished the match with a strong third period, the Ukrainian hockey players rewarded the opponents' goal with three goals for the second time.

The Ukrainian national team won its third victory in three matches and is leading in Division IB. As a reminder, in the opening match, Khrystyn's team defeated Estonia (8:0), and then defeated the Netherlands (4:0).

The blue and yellow team has two games left in the tournament. Ukraine will play Spain on May 1, and in the final round they will face Lithuania on May 3.

The Division IB tournament takes place in Lithuania. The winner of the tournament will advance to Division IA, the team that takes last place will be relegated to Division IIA.
