Ukrainian singer Volodymyr Dantes showed off his new body after losing 10 kg

Ukrainian singer and presenter Volodymyr Dantes shared with his Telegram followers the impressive results of his weight loss. The artist lost 10 kg and showed what his body looks like now.

In a racy selfie, Dantes poses topless, showing off his pumped-up muscles and abs of steel. The photo was taken in the mirror during a workout.

The singer noted that proper nutrition and regular training in the gym helped him achieve such results. At the same time, Volodymyr admitted that it was not always easy to stick to the regimen - sometimes he felt lazy and wanted to skip classes. The discipline that he had trained for years helped.

“This is in addition to the post about discipline,” Dantes noted, emphasizing that it was thanks to perseverance that he was able not only to lose weight, but also to maintain his muscles in tone.

The artist added that the results have become additional motivation for him to continue leading a healthy lifestyle and exercising every day.
