The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine announced a partnership with ElevenLabs to implement voice artificial intelligence technologies in government services. The innovation will allow citizens to use services by voice, which will simplify interaction with the state.
Voice AI is planned to be integrated into the application and the “Diya” portal, where users will be able to make requests and receive necessary services by voice. In addition, innovations will be implemented in state educational platforms and applications to improve educational processes.
Voice functionality will also be added to internal AI assistants for HR and team onboarding, which will facilitate the work of civil servants and optimize personnel management processes.
The Ministry of Digital Affairs emphasized that the goal of the transformation of "Diya" is to turn the platform into a full-fledged AI assistant that will work around the clock, providing fast and convenient government services.
The launch of voice AI in government services is part of an overall digitalization strategy that involves using advanced technologies to improve communication between the state and citizens.
