The “Winter eSupport” program is ongoing, and Ukrainians have the opportunity to receive one thousand hryvnias by the end of February 2025. An application for payment can be submitted by February 28, and the amount received can be spent by December 31, 2025. This was reported by the press service of “Diya”.
The program is available to all citizens of Ukraine, except for temporarily occupied territories. It is important that “Winter eSupport” applies not only to adults, but also to children. For this, parents must submit a separate application for each child.
You can apply for “Zelensky’s Thousand” through the “Diya” app. If you receive payments by mail, you can pick up the funds at Ukrposhta branches. If you do not have a RNOKPP, contact one of the program’s partner banks.
What can be paid for with the funds received?
Ukrainians can use these funds to:
- Utility bills, medical and legal services, veterinary expenses.
- Education, sports, recreation, transportation, mobile communications and insurance.
- Charity: Donate to the Armed Forces of Ukraine or purchase military bonds.
- Beauty salons, entertainment and other services.
As of December 24, 10.3 million Ukrainians have already applied for assistance under the program. In particular, 75,000 books were purchased with these funds.
