The Supreme Anti -Corruption Court (VAKS) granted the claim of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on the confiscation of assets of Belarusian state enterprise Belaruska, which is under sanctions. It is more than 250 million hryvnias of cash assets, more than 70 thousand tons of potassium chloride, 1,545 cars, as well as corporate rights - 48% in the Ukrainian LLC "Agro -Clean".
This was reported in the Ministry of Justice's press service.
According to the court decision, the state property of Ukraine passed:

over 70,000 tons of potassium chloride;

cash totaling more than UAH 250 million;
-
1 545 freight wagons;
-
48% of corporate rights of Agro -Rokvit LLC - enterprises registered in Ukraine.
At the same time, as stressed in the Ministry of Justice, the company lost the right to any compensation for the lost property.
Belarum is one of the largest producers of potassium fertilizers in the world, which is one of the budget -forming enterprises of Belarus. It is under the full control of the regime of Alexander Lukashenko.
According to the Ministry of Justice, the company:

cooperates with Russian military-industrial enterprises;

supplies products to the structures of the so -called "L/DNR";

involved in the logistics support of illegal export of Ukrainian children into the territory of Belarus.
These actions became the basis for the application of sanctions and a further claim for asset confiscation.
The confiscation of assets of the strategic enterprise of Belarus occurs against the background of increased economic and political pressure on the Allies of the Russian Federation, which, according to the official position of Kyiv, participate in aggression against Ukraine. In 2022, Belarusian was included in the sanctions lists of Ukraine, the EU, the USA and Canada.
As the Ministry of Justice emphasized, the decision -made WACS decision is "an important step in bringing to justice of those foreign companies that directly or indirectly support aggression against Ukraine."
