International funding for Ukraine since the start of the full-scale invasion has exceeded $100 billion. This was made possible by the latest tranche of $1.35 billion from the United States through the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). The funds will be directed to humanitarian and social programs, which are extremely important in a war situation.
This news was reported by People's Deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak, noting that the amount of international funding for Ukraine has already reached $100.79 billion.
“International direct financing of our budget since the beginning of the full-scale war has exceeded $100 billion today. For which I congratulate everyone. Taking into account the $1.35 billion received from the USA today, it is a total of $100.79 billion,” he wrote.
The United States continues to be one of Ukraine's largest international partners in its fight against Russian aggression, providing significant financial support for humanitarian purposes. Such assistance contributes not only to the restoration of infrastructure, but also to the provision of necessary social services for the population, especially in conditions of constant hostilities.
