Ukraine is actively moving to a digital breakthrough-the development of the domestic large language model (LLM) has already started, and the first AI solutions are testing in the State Security Service. This was stated by the Deputy Prime Minister of Innovation, Minister of Digital Transformation Mikhail Fedorov.
Five months have passed since the creation of Winwin Ai Center of Excellence, which should become a reference point in AI-innovations. During this time, the Ministry of Defense team has moved from strategic planning to practical implementation: 13 AI products are currently being created, in particular-for defense, education, state services and workflow.
Among the decisions that are already in development:
-
Chatbot Natalka is an assistant for business and partners of the action portal, which advises with the help of artificial intelligence.
-
Ai-assistant in "Action" is a tool that in the format of dialogue will provide citizens with personalized information about public services.
-
A tool for analyzing the standard - will help you write and check the documents by shortening the preparation time from weeks to several days.
-
AI in education - within the framework of the Mriya project, artificial intelligence will form individual educational trajectories for children.
-
Defense AI systems-will assist in the collection, processing and analysis of military information, improving the accuracy of combat decisions.
The development of a large linguistic model (LLM) in Ukrainian - Catgpt analogues, but localized and sharpened under the specifics of the Ukrainian State Security and Society, is started separately.
Fedorov stated that the ambition of the Ministorifra is to make Ukraine one of three leaders in the world in the implementation and development of AI decisions. To do this, AI will integrate into all state systems: from defense to education, from public services to workflow.
"We do not just want to use AI - we build an ecosystem. We create our own LLM, we launch products that actually change the functioning of the state. This is not a copying of other people's decisions, but the creation of our innovative and effective," the minister stressed.
Recall that Ukraine is one of the first countries in Europe, where digitalization has covered almost all areas of public administration. Now the rate is on artificial intelligence as the next stage of technological transformation.
