The Ukrainian Government has approved the order of e-stock , which aims to control medicines more effective and transparent. The introduction of this platform will help optimize the supply of medicines in the hospital, avoid a deficiency of vital drugs and minimize corruption risks.
This system, according to the Cabinet representative in the Verkhovna Rada Taras Melnychuk, will provide transparent accounting, planning and evaluation of the needs for medical means.
E-Stock is a modern information platform that combines software and technical tools for tracking and monitoring of medicines and equipment. It will help optimize the distribution of resources and ensure that the necessary medicines will always be available to the population.
In February, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine has concluded an agreement with a number of pharmaceutical producers to reduce prices for more than 100 medicines since March 2025. Reduction applies to medicines that have not been included in the list of 100 most popular drugs.
