The most housing in Poland is bought by Ukrainians, followed by Belarusians, Russians, Hindus, British and Vietnamese. The average area of the purchase object is 58 square meters.
The peculiarity is that foreigners often pay cash, without mortgage. Some buyers acquire several apartments at once, considering it as an investment or way to save capital.
