The Ukrainian sprayed gas and threatened to blow the house in Poland

In the Polish city of Wroclaw there was a serious incident involving a 47-year-old citizen of Ukraine, who threatened an explosion in an apartment building on Nanker Square.

According to local police, a man sprayed gas in his apartment and spilled flammable substances. He declared his intention to destroy the building using a homemade gas installation and acetylene burner, which pose a great danger to the residents.

Law enforcement officers, criminalists and negotiators arrived at the scene. Due to the high concentration of gas and the danger of the explosion, police evacuated the residents of the house. Due to the ignoring of the requirements of the police, an apartment was stormed, as a result of which the man was detained.

No person was injured. The detainee has been charged with the threat of public safety. The court chose him a temporary arrest. Under Polish legislation, he faces up to 10 years in prison.

It is known that earlier the man already had problems with the law because of threats and insults to the authorities. The investigation is ongoing.
