Sergey Kulish won a gold medal at the European Championships from a ball shooting in Croatian Osijk. This is his first personal "gold" and the first medal in this discipline on European primitives.
According to the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, Kulish, which is a two -time silver medalist of the Olympic Games, demonstrated the best result in firing a pneumatic rifle by 10 meters. The ministry greeted the champion and expressed their hopes for further successful performances of the Ukrainian national team, whose competitions will last until March 13.
Ukrainian athletes continue to show high results in other disciplines. Earlier, Yaroslav Maguchikh's athlete won the Gold of the European Championship in the Netherlands, overcoming the height of 199 cm. It left behind rivals from Serbia and Sweden, which completed a competition with a result of 195 cm.
Alina Svitolina also scored in tennis, who returned the status of the first racket of Ukraine. Currently, the TOP-100 WTA world ranking includes three more Ukrainians-Marta Kostyuk, Diana Yastremskaya and Angelina Kalinina.
