Ukrainian with a child was thrown without things in Poznan - the police helped

A Ukrainian with a two -year -old child was in a critical situation while traveling by Flixbus by Warsaw -Gamburg. The tragicomic incident occurred at a stop in the Polish city of Poznan.

During a short stop in the evening, the woman went out to breathe fresh air, but while she was on the platform, the bus moved on, leaving her with a baby in the open air. The salon has all her things, documents and a mobile phone.

Without any help, the mother with the child spent seven hours - from 23:30 to 6:30 - at the station. Only in the morning did a random passage notice them and summoned the police. The patrols responded promptly: they sent a woman with the child to the hospital for examination, which confirmed that their health was not concerned.

Subsequently, the police helped to establish a connection with the Ukrainian Embassy, and the Consulate in Wroclaw took care of the return of things left on the bus.

Flixbus representatives in the comment stated that drivers are not obliged to count passengers during stops and are only responsible for schedule.

This case caused indignation on social networks and again raised the issue of passenger safety in international bus transportation, especially when it comes to vulnerable categories - women with children.
