The Economic Court of Kyiv is overcrowded by the claims of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the Defense Procurement Agencies against the company "Ukrainian Armored vehicles". The reason is the systematic failure to fulfill obligations under state contracts. The total amount of claims already exceeds UAH 70 million.
This is stated in the investigation materials of the detective bureau of ABSSolution.
The Ministry of Defense and the State Enterprise "Defense Procurement Agency" continue the court battles with LLC "Ukrainian Armored vehicles" because of unfulfilled obligations under contracts. Ludmbows have been stretched not for the first year, but the number of claims only from the beginning of 2025 has been testifying to serious problems in the cooperation of the state with private defense business.
The last lawsuit came to the Commercial Court of Kiev on February 26, 2025. The Ministry of Defense demands from "Ukrainian armored vehicles" UAH 38.1 million for disruption of terms of supply under contract No. 22/2-128-UK-24 of April 10, 2024. Of this amount, UAH 19.4 million is a penalty, UAH 11.5 million is a fine, and another UAH 7.2 million - interest for the use of advance funds.
Earlier, the court has already satisfied the lawsuit against "Ukrainian armored vehicles" in favor of the Ministry of Defense for UAH 3.4 million. Another lawsuit concerned the recovery of UAH 28.8 million, including UAH 9.45 million - a penalty, UAH 6.76 million - interest, and UAH 12.6 million was a fine. However, the court partially satisfied the requirements and decided to recover from the company 472.7 thousand UAH of penalties, UAH 630 thousand a fine, UAH 3,38 million percent and UAH 305 thousand of court fee.
Unsumed contracts and reputational risks
"Ukrainian armored vehicles" is one of the private suppliers of armored vehicles and military equipment for the Armed Forces. However, a series of lawsuits indicates significant problems with the execution of contracts. This not only causes financial losses to the state, but also jeopardizes the defense order.
Against the background of a full -scale war and the critical importance of supplying armored vehicles, such violations can have serious consequences for the company.
