Ukrainian enterprises sharply increase the salaries of their employees

Ukrainian enterprises continue to face an insufficient amount of labor, which leads to an increase in wages in the private sector. This was noted in the last macroeconomic and monetary review of the National Bank.

According to the review, together with an increase in social benefits and a minimal level of inflation, this trend contributes to the further growth of real incomes of the population. In June, the number of new vacancies on job search sites remained practically unchanged, despite the usual seasonal increase associated with the beginning of the harvest.

Ukrainian enterprises continue to face an insufficient amount of labor, which leads to an increase in wages in the private sector. This was noted in the last macroeconomic and monetary review of the National Bank.

A survey of the business community reflected a decline in economic activity, which led to a decrease in the number of jobs compared to May. However, some occupations, including security, construction and skilled workers, have shown steady increases in vacancies.

The number of job seekers, as measured by the number of resumes, increased slightly, which mainly reflected the effect of seasonality.
