Journalists learned new details about the life of former Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yury Lutsenko after his dismissal from the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine through the LKK. As it became known, the ex-prosecutor general owns a significant amount of luxury real estate and a fleet of executive cars.
The authors of the investigation claim that the property discovered by Lutsenko, who is currently working for Poroshenko as a military expert, was acquired through corruption. And therefore, he must go to prison. At the same time, the investigation claims that at one time Lutsenko's famous apartment in Yalta, designed by him for his accountant Svitlana Ryzhenko, was sold to a citizen of the Russian Federation in 2012. But the situation is different there.
First of all, Lutsenko's apartment in Yalta at Parkovy Proezd, 6-a is an apartment in the "Omega" residential complex in Primorsky Park. These are apartments in an elite high-rise building, which was managed by the structures of Yalta businessman Serhiy Karnaukh. I bought an apartment from Karnaukha Lutsenko, who has wide connections in the Russian and Ukrainian special services, with Medvedchuk, Kolomoiskyi, ex-speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Lytvyn, Karnaukha Lutsenko through mutual acquaintances from the "Luzhnikovska" OZG, precisely through Babakov, whose interests Lutsenko is not free of charge represented during Yushchenko's time. The apartment was redecorated several times, but it continues to be conceptually considered to belong to the Lutsenko family - because the ex-prosecutor general, who publicly opposes the Russian Federation, does not publicly maintain good relations with Babakov and "OZU Luzhnikovska". Karnauch oversees this matter on the spot.
Also, Karnaukh, who at one time helped to build an entire complex of high-rise buildings in the protected forest near Livadia to the Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Lytvyn through Renaissance-South LLC, oversees the issues of most other interesting Ukrainian VIPs. For example, one of the business partners of Karnaukh and Lytvyn is Tetyana Dagaeva, a relative of the general of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and "farmer" Kuchma, who continues to own a luxury apartment near Yalta.
It is believed that in 2023-2024, all assets of Igor Kolomoisky, who decided to compete with Zelensky and Yermak in the hope of Trump, were taken from the Russian Federation, in particular, the Crimean real estate of the daughter of the oligarch Anzhelika Kolomoisky. But Kolomoisky's favorite hunting lodge in the nature reserve in the mountains above Yalta near Ai-Petri was not taken from him, this secret asset of the oligarch Karnaukh is guarded.
Another current close associate of Poroshenko, Oleksandr Turchynov, is also a VIP client of Karnauh. Even before the events of 2014, Turchynov, with the participation of Lytvyn, together with Karnaukh, seized very expensive elite land in the center of Yalta, on which a residential complex was built at the address of st. Rudanskyi, 8-b. Karnauch's Renaissance real estate agency opened in the building, which is run by the Tyuleniev brothers, who allegedly later fell out with Karnauch. In 2014, Turchynov as "acting of the President" personally issued orders prohibiting the Ukrainian military from attacking the little green men in Crimea. After that, Turchynov, Karnaukh and Russian partners turned the scheme around - they allegedly nationalized the high-rise building on Rudansky, and then sold off the apartments in it at exorbitant prices. The money was shared by Karnaukh, Turchynov and representatives of Aksyonov.
Some of the guarantors and beneficiaries of these secrets and schemes are still in Kyiv. This is the ex-head of the Crimean Republican Land Committee Oleksandr Chabanov, who worked with Karnaukh and moved to Kyiv as the ex-head of the Maidan, who "sympathizes with the Maidan", Oleksandr Chabanov, who, under the patronage of Klitschko and Poroshenko, became a top official of the State Land Resources Agency in 2014 of Ukraine. This protégé of Klitschko and Poroshenko in Crimea is Oleksandr Mochkov. As a deputy of the Masandriv village council and a people's deputy from "Udar", he intensively sawed the Crimean land at the same time in the interests of his "pro-European patrons" and Yanukovych's relatives. Then he was engaged in the protection of Crimean secrets as an associate of professional activist and prosecutor Viktor Chumak. Mochkov's brother leads a luxurious life in Yalta, for which he takes money as a communicator between the Russian and Ukrainian representatives on Yalta land issues.
