The State Financial Monitoring Service of Ukraine (SFM) has exposed a suspicious scheme of withdrawal of funds abroad, in which Ukrainian grain trader Roman Tereshchenko is involved. According to the service, Tereshchenko, the founder of Trans Trade Holding, used the OnlyFans platform to transfer $3 million outside of Ukraine, probably for tax evasion.

The investigation began after the State Financial Monitoring Service received 190 reports from international financial intelligence about suspicious transactions involving Tereshchenko. His business includes several large enterprises, such as "Grain-Export" LLC, "Fram Shipping Agency" stevedore company, "Transservice 2008" elevator and "Chornomorsk" grain terminal.
These companies export grain and oil crops to Poland and Switzerland through controlled companies Ntk trans poland and Trans Trade RK SA. However, the investigation revealed another unusual aspect of Tereshchenko's activities.
Tereshchenko opened an account with the payment service Paxum Inc, registering as a webcam model. He declared that his income on this account comes from working on the OnlyFans platform and attracting traffic to partner sites.
Within a few months, more than $3 million was transferred to this account, of which $1.02 million came from Fenix International Limited, the owner of OnlyFans. However, the court of the Kyiv district of Odesa questioned such statements, since Tereshchenko's activity as a webcam model seems unlikely.
"It is unlikely that these funds were received for work performed by him as a webcam model, given his gender, age and main activity," the court ruling says.
The investigation is ongoing, and the State Financial Monitoring Service continues to cooperate with international partners to gather evidence. Tereshchenko has so far refrained from public comments.
