Wet snow and low temperatures are expected in the western regions, as well as in the Zhytomyr and Vinnytsia regions, creating a risk of icing, especially in mountainous areas. The temperature here will vary from -2° to +3° during the day, and in the Carpathians it is forecast to be -5°.

Due to worsening weather conditions, forecasters advise drivers to replace summer tires with winter tires and to be especially careful on the roads. Wet and slippery areas in many regions will make traffic difficult. Forecasters also note that the beginning of November was colder than normal by 4-8°C, which accelerates the arrival of winter weather conditions.
