Maxim Nikitas, a former MP and suspect in a number of corruption cases, will actually become the new owner of the State "Ukrbud". The related company Techno-Online LLC won the auction, offering UAH 805 million for real estate objects of a bankrupt state developer.
The winner is designed for a fist-29-year-old Marina Aab. And the bidding documents were signed by lawyer Nikita Tarkovsky - a lawyer who represents the interests of Nikitas's wife in the courts and is related to other structures affiliated with the exnarade.
Another bidder, Petro Oil and Kemikals, associated with the pro -Russian oligarch from Georgia, David Bezheshvili, offered 1 thousand hryvnias more. However, it was disqualified by the decision of the State Property Fund of Ukraine (SPFMU), which opened the way to Victory Techno-Online.
Thus, the assets of Ukrbud, once the largest state developer, may be in the hands of a person who is suspected by law enforcement officers in theft of hundreds of millions during other construction schemes.
The agreement has not yet been completed, but the winner has already been determined.
