Ukrenergo refused to disclose the salary of Volodymyr Kudrytskyi, the chairman of the board. Instead, the company reported the salaries of the entire board, which consists of Kudrytskyi and four other members. The average monthly salary of one board member exceeds UAH 2 million, although the amounts vary depending on the month.
There was a request to "Ukrenergo" with a request to announce the salary of Kudrytskyi with all incentives (bonuses, etc.) and to indicate the salary separately, as well as to name the salary of the head of "Ukrenergo" by month. However, the company refused to provide this information, citing the lack of legal requirements to disclose salaries individually. 
Instead, Ukrenergo reported the total salaries of the board:
- December 2023: UAH 7,934,964.33
- January 2024: UAH 4,244,210.21
- February 2024: UAH 1,765,983.79
- March 2024: UAH 1,997,528.43
- April 2024: UAH 8,534,299.68
The arithmetic average salary in December 2023 was UAH 1.5 million, in January 2024 – UAH 848.8 thousand, in February – UAH 353.1 thousand, in March – UAH 499.2 thousand, and in April – UAH 2.1 million. At the same time, the salary of the chairman of the board may be higher than that of the members of the board. The reason for the fourfold increase in wages in April remains unknown.
The average salary at Ukrenergo last year was UAH 35,372.
