The UNITED24 initiative together with monobank announced the launch of fundraising for the restoration of the Ohmatdyt Children's Hospital. In three hours from the beginning of the collection, Ukrainians donated more than 100 million hryvnias. This was reported by Oleg Horokhovsky, co-founder of monobank, in his Telegram channel.
It is noted that the announcement of the start of the collection was made at 5:40 p.m., and the required amount was reached at 8:38 p.m. Horochovskyi also reported that companies such as Aurora, Silpo, Varus, Grammarly, as well as Datagrup and Volia joined the initiative.
At the beginning, it was planned to collect 100 million hryvnias, but later it was determined that the initiative aims to collect even more funds.
“We need to make the clinic better than it's ever been! This will be our answer to ugliness," he said.
