Ukrainians who are subject to military registration will not be able to receive a deferment from mobilization without updating their military registration data. This applies even to those who work at strategically important enterprises - in this case, the employer will be refused to reserve the employee.
This is stated in the explanation of lawyers on the portal "Yuristy.UA", who provided advice to a citizen who tried to make a reservation without updating his personal data.
" You can only get a reservation if you install "Reserve+" and specify the data. Without this, you will simply be refused ," explained lawyer Yuriy Ayvazyan.
His position was also confirmed by lawyer Vladislav Derii. According to him, paragraph 29 of the current Procedure for booking military conscripts during the mobilization period directly stipulates the need to update their registration data. Only after this can a person be transferred to special military registration for the duration of the reservation.
" You should be booked if you are on military registration, work at a critical enterprise, have clarified your data (regardless of the date), and are not wanted ," Derii noted.
Thus, even if there are all grounds for reservation, an employee without updated data through "Reserve+" automatically loses the chance for a deferment. This is another confirmation that the state continues its course towards digital synchronization of military conscripts and real mobilization preparation.
