The former residence of Viktor Yanukovych is again in the focus of state attention. In 2025, the technical inventory of key real estate, including two residential buildings, a recreation center in Novi Petrivtsi and a hotel and restaurant complex in Sukholucci, will start in the Mezhigorye. The expected goal is to prepare for the division and official transfer of part of the property to state structures.
According to official information with Prozorro, the customer of the works is the park-monument of landscape art of national importance "Mezhigorye", which should carry out the inventory. The expected cost of the tender was UAH 1.36 million, but FOP Anna Brushuk agreed to perform works for UAH 799 999, with a term of September 30, 2025.
The works provide for the production of technical passports and entering data in a single state electronic system in the field of construction. The main task is the formal selection from the recreation center of a number of objects into independent units for further transfer of the National Police and the State Service for Medicines.

The ownership of all these objects belongs to the state in the person of Mindovquil, but they are assigned to the park on the right of operational management. Upon completion of the inventory, some of the objects must be transferred to the sphere of management of force and controlling bodies.
