The Government restores passports to Ukrainians abroad

From next week, the Government restores passports to Ukrainians who are abroad. Men between the ages of 18 and 60, who submitted documents by April 25, 2024 at the State Enterprise “Document” will be able to obtain passports provided there is a military accounting documents.

In order to fulfill the task of the President, the government regulated the issue of issuing passports to Ukrainians who are abroad. Citizens of Ukraine of the male age of 18-60 years who submitted documents by April 25, 2024 at the State Enterprise “Document” will be able to obtain made passports next week. The relevant notices indicating the date, time and place of arrival will be sent in order of the order of submission of documents

The minister noted that it took time to normalize the process of restoring the issuance of documents in order to bring him in line with the current legislation of Ukraine.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs Chairman reminded that today a prerequisite for registration and receipt of passports by citizens of Ukraine of a male age of 18-60 years, which are abroad, remains the presence of military accounting documents.
