Ukrainian boxer Oleksandr Usyk shared his ideas about how he would spend a day with British champion Tyson Fury. In a conversation with Sky Sports journalists, Usyk noted that a joint weekend with Fury would be interesting and full of various activities.
“We would go to the pub to drink a beer, a few glasses. Then we would go play golf, then play football. And then we would ride horses for a bit,” Usyk said, emphasizing that it would be a very pleasant day.
This frank answer attracted the attention of boxing fans, because both boxers have very different characters and styles in the ring, but, as it turned out, they can find a common language outside the sports field.
Currently, the most attention is paid to the upcoming rematch between Oleksandr Usyk and Tyson Fury, which will take place on December 21. The trainer of former world heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder, Malik Scott, expressed confidence in Usyk's victory, noting that Fury will likely suffer another defeat.
“I don’t believe Fury will win the rematch. Usyk will win and Fury will get even more beatings,” Scott said.
