The Ukrainian combat system DELTA has received high praise from international allies for its ability to generate effective solutions for successful warfare. Ukraine's DELTA combat system received high praise from NATO's Supreme Commander for Transformation, General Philip Lavigne, and NATO's Deputy Chief of Staff for Capability Development, Vice Admiral Jeffrey W. Hughes.
They also noted the significant work of the Ministry of Defense to ensure the interoperability of Ukrainian and NATO systems and the innovative approach to the development of the DELTA combat system.
According to Chernogorenko, "DELTA proved that it can exchange information between various NATO allied states. With the appearance of DELTA, Ukraine strengthens its position in the world as a powerful innovation hub that generates effective solutions for effective warfare"
