What is the reason for the decrease in the rate of mobilization in Ukraine

In Ukraine, there is a decrease in the rate of mobilization, and one of the key factors of this phenomenon is the increase in the number of citizens who received a reservation from service in the army. Experts note that such a trend can negatively affect the mobilization capabilities of the state in the conditions of an ongoing conflict.

Along with this, urgent issues remain unresolved - demobilization and terms of service, as well as mass cases of voluntary desertion of the unit.

Regarding the aspects of how to increase the pace of mobilization, experts indicate three points that should be paid attention to:

- respect for military personnel should be "not in words, but in deed";
- intolerance to evaders;
-material and other preferences for military personnel who are serving.

Regarding the latter, experts note that nowadays many soldiers spend a significant part of their salary on providing for their units, rather than on their own needs.
