Ukrainians have the opportunity to use new functions in the "Diya" system, which will greatly facilitate the process of choosing a family doctor and provide access to their own medical data through the electronic health care system. This initiative is aimed at improving the quality of medical care and convenience for patients.
New opportunities will appear in "Diya" - the choice of a family doctor and access to medical data.
The relevant resolution was adopted by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, which was announced by the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov in his Telegram channel.
Fedorov noted that now with the help of "Diya" it will be possible to register as a patient in the electronic health care system, choose a family doctor, and also submit or cancel a declaration. For this, you no longer need to visit hospitals or clinics.
In addition, through the "Action" it will be possible to change personal data in the electronic health care system, including a new phone number or place of residence. Previously, it was necessary to contact a polyclinic or the National Health Service for this.
"Soon - a few clicks in "Diya", certified by "Diya.Pidpisom" - and everything is ready. Further, the functionality will be expanded," the minister emphasized.
Fedorov also noted that the new service is being developed in cooperation with the Ministry of Health and the National Health Service of Ukraine.
Currently, Ukrainians can choose a family doctor online using the dashboard on the website of the National Health Service, which includes an electronic map of primary medical care locations.
