In Khmelnytskyi region, enterprises with charitable contributions to the Armed Forces will receive "armor" against mobilization

The Khmelnytskyi Regional Military Administration (OMA) has made changes to the Criteria for determining enterprises, institutions and organizations that are important for meeting the needs of territorial communities. The new version of the document provides that enterprises that regularly provide charitable assistance to the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the amount of more than 100,000 hryvnias per month will be able to obtain exemption from mobilization for some of their employees.

According to the new criteria, the following categories have been added to the list of important enterprises:

  • Management companies of apartment buildings, which are legal entities;
  • Enterprises carrying out activities in the field of forestry and logging on an area of at least 1,000 hectares;
  • Enterprises that systematically perform work and provide services (including in the form of charitable assistance) necessary to meet the needs of the Armed Forces and other military formations, the total cost of which is at least 100,000 hryvnias per month.

It was previously reported that businesses that are recognized as critical can receive the option of reservation from mobilization for 50% of their conscripted employees. This decision is designed to support enterprises that actively contribute to the defense capability of the country, providing an additional incentive for their participation in supporting the Armed Forces and other military formations.

Such measures are part of a broader strategy aimed at ensuring the stability of the economic situation in Ukraine during the war, as well as at supporting important enterprises that make a significant contribution to the country's defense capabilities.
