While tectonic changes are taking place in the world, the usual "mask shows" continue in Ukraine. In Kiev, employees of the Bureau of Economic Security (Bab) conduct searches at the Transnafta Service and Prom Oil gas stations. The main claim of law enforcement officers is the sale of diesel fuel without the necessary permits.
According to preliminary data, documents, equipment and fuel are removed during investigative actions. The work of these gas stations is actually blocked, but such operations have repeatedly occurred and have not led to global changes. In the capital, according to sources, there are about 30 gas stations that work without proper documents.
The question remains: why did the searches occur only on individual objects and the rest of the illegal gas stations continue to function quietly? Some experts suggest that it may be selective pressure or another "market redistribution".
The situation with the illegal sale of fuel in Ukraine remains acute. Such cases are recorded not only in Kiev, but also throughout the country, which indicates the systemic nature of the problem. At the same time, the effectiveness of law enforcement agencies in the fight against shadow schemes in the fuel market remains questionable.
