In July, Ukraine will cover a wave of magnetic storms

From the first days of July 2025, the Earth will go under the influence of magnetic storms. According to preliminary forecasts of scientists, geomagnetic activity will be increased both at the beginning and in the middle of the month. Doctors warn that people with increased weather sensitivity should be especially careful of their well -being.

The most powerful storms are expected in periods of 1–3, 5–6, 11–12 and July 16–18. In some days, full G1 -G2 magnetic storms are possible, which will affect not only communication and equipment, but also health.

A magnetic storm occurs as a result of powerful solar flares, during which charged particles are thrown into space. Once in the Earth's atmosphere, they disturb its magnetic field, which can affect the human body. It is about changing biorhythms, sleep disorders, fluctuations in blood pressure, headache and even exacerbation of chronic diseases.

The most brown is affected by the elderly, pregnant women, children and those who have cardiovascular or psychoneurological diagnoses.

During such periods, doctors advise to rest more, maintain sleep, avoid overloads, eat light food and not abuse coffee and alcohol. It is also important to spend more time in the open air, avoid conflicts and follow your well -being.

If there is severe fatigue, nausea or pressure, you should pause and consult a doctor, especially if there are chronic diseases. It is impossible to completely protect against storms, but reducing their impact is quite real.
