In the Izmail district, TCC employees probably tried to mobilize a 14-year-old. They brutally detained him on the street and, threatening him with a weapon, pushed the teenager into the bouse.
But when they found out that the boy was only 14, he was dropped off the bus right on the track. It happened on April 2 in the village of Pryozerne of the Suvorov community.
The minor survived physical violence, suffered psychological and social torture, Oksana Terzi, a representative of the village council, told local media.
The boy is a round orphan, lives with his grandmother. As he said, his arms were broken on the street, people in military uniforms had balaclavas with painted white jaws on their heads.
"When the soldiers dragged the boy to the minibus, they started putting the muzzle of the machine gun to his temple, then to his forehead, because he resisted. And the child plays sports, so the self-defense reaction worked in her. He began to wriggle out, and the attackers restrained him, hitting him in the back with a machine gun. They beat him and tied his hands with a plastic tie," the official said.
According to her, on the way, after learning his age, the boy was taken off the bus, threatening him with reprisals if he told about the incident. The teenager had to walk home for about two hours.
At school, he told about what happened. The villagers turned to the police, the prosecutor's office and the ombudsman. There is still no official reaction from the TCC and law enforcement officers.
