Recently, a neighbor of Tetyana Krupa, head of Khmelnytskyi MSEK, found two bags with dollars in the yard where she lived. At first, the man took the money he found and hid it in the trunk of his car, not intending to return it. At the same time, according to law enforcement officers, he admitted that he was afraid to touch the bags.
Currently, this money, containing $500,000, is being kept by the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI). Information about the found funds became the subject of an investigation that concerns not only the neighbor, but also Tetyana Krupa herself.
As reported, the head of the Khmelnytskyi MSEK, a member of the Regional Council from the "Servant of the People" party, explained where she got this money from. At the same time, Krupa's neighbor, after hiding the bags in the car, ran away, and they searched for him for a day. However, the court did not find sufficient grounds to believe the version of NABU detectives who claimed that Krupa threw away these bags during the search.
Now Tetiana Krupa is trying to cancel the seizure of the found funds, in particular 5 million UAH and 5 million dollars, but the court refused to grant her request. The criminal proceedings regarding the illegal enrichment of Krupa have been transferred to NABU.
