In Poltava, a businessman and a policeman attacked a guy who stood up for his girlfriend

In Poltava, there was a high-profile case that shook the local community: a businessman and the head of the district police department brutally beat a boy who tried to protect his girlfriend.

The incident happened on November 2 in one of the popular restaurants of the city, where the couple was resting. Local media reports that a company of four men, including a businessman and a policeman, paid attention to the girl. The policeman approached the young people and said: "Mala, you will go with us."

After the guy stood up for his girlfriend, the men started beating him right in the institution, as a result, he broke his nose and bruised his kidneys - the guy was taken away by an ambulance.

Employees of the security company arrived at the scene, but did not intervene in the fight. Later, the owner of the restaurant refused to provide police with surveillance video because she received threats.

The SBI will handle the open criminal case, the assailant policeman has been suspended from work pending an official investigation.
