In the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, a corruption scheme for the sale of driver's license

It is known that in the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Kyiv and Chernihiv regions corruption schemes are carried out when passing exams to obtain a driver's license. About it reports the International Detective Bureau of ABSURTION, referring to sources from law enforcement agencies.

One of the main links of this scheme is the TSC Ministry of Internal Affairs №3241 in Baryshevka in the Kyiv region. The acting is involved here. The head of Arkady Krynitsky, who together with two inspectors Daria and Alexander organizes the processing of clients who want to avoid deprivation of rights by court decision.

According to information, anyone who has lost the driver's license for a year has to pay $ 1700 for successful passing exams for new rights. These are not accidental people: clients pass through police officers from Brovarsky and Boryspil departments who coordinate the flow of people who are ready to pay for a "pass" for legality.

In the Chernihiv region, the situation is no less serious. Here with the participation of Acting The head of the LCA Julia Kran is organized a scheme, where for the theoretical and practical exam they pay $ 600 for theory and $ 400 for practice. According to information, the crane has close ties with Sergiy Petrov, the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Service Center, through his deputy Dmitry Petrov, who previously worked in the Prosecutor General's Office. Despite the facts that raise the issues of corruption, Dmitry Petrov avoided lustration and again works at the Prosecutor General's office.

These schemes undermine the trust in the service system and contribute to impunity for those who are ready to pay for the "quick way" to restore rights. However, these phenomena are not limited to the Kyiv and Chernihiv regions and require systematic solution at the level of state bodies.
