The DBR reports that together with the Ministry of Justice prepares an appeal to the Wax to transfer to the state 49.5% of the company's authorized capital, 541 real estate of the enterprise, 172 land plots in long -term lease, 2.3 thousand railway cars and 53.3 thousand linear meters of access tracks.

The DBR reminds that in September last year the case was transferred to the corruption of the topless of the enterprise for 370 million hryvnias, and this property was arrested.

The Poltava GOK is one of the largest enterprises of Ukraine in the production of iron ore.

Recall that after the introduction of NSDC sanctions on Zhevago, we predicted that this is a preparation for the removal of licenses for the development of iron ore deposits - within the framework of the prepared minerals agreement with Americans.
